All prices below are the starting rates for small apartments and condos. Larger homes, additional bedrooms or bathrooms, extra responsibilities, or added services will increase the final cost.

Standard Home Cleaning — $120-$300+

Our routine cleaning service is ideal for homes that need weekly, biweekly, or monthly care.
Prices increase based on:

  • Total square footage

  • Number of bedrooms and bathrooms

  • Level of buildup or clutter

  • Additional tasks requested

Recurring Discount:

  • Weekly clients receive a discount

  • Biweekly clients also receive a discount

Deep Cleaning — $220-$550+

Deep cleaning is a more detailed, time-intensive service designed to reset your home from top to bottom.
Final pricing depends on:

  • Home size

  • Time required

  • Amount of buildup

  • Add-ons (such as inside appliances)

Perfect for first-time cleanings, seasonal refreshes, or homes needing extra detail.

Airbnb Turnovers — Starting at $100-$260+

Turnover pricing depends on the number of bedrooms, laundry needs, and how quickly the home needs to be guest-ready.
Prices may increase for:

  • Multiple laundry loads

  • Staging

  • Restocking

  • Larger or multi-level homes

  • Tight same-day turnarounds

Hosts with regular bookings can request priority scheduling.

Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning — $250-$600+

This is our most thorough service and includes detailed cleaning throughout the entire home.
Final pricing is based on:

  • Size and layout of the property

  • Inside appliance cleaning

  • Inside cabinets/drawers

  • Level of buildup

  • Time required to complete the full service

Add-On Services

Add-ons are available for any cleaning and are priced based on time and complexity. Examples include:

  • Inside fridge

  • Inside oven

  • Inside cabinets

  • Pet hair removal

  • Extra laundry

  • Organization assistance

  • Seasonal deep-clean upgrades

A Note About Pricing

The starting rates listed are designed for smaller apartments and condos, and the higher rates listed are typical for larger homes. Two- & three-bedroom homes can expect a quote of somewhere in the middle. Large homes, multi-bedroom rentals, and spaces requiring more detailed cleaning will naturally be priced higher.
