Are you insured?
Yes — MDI Cleaning is fully insured for your peace of mind and the protection of your home or rental property.
How much do your cleaning services cost?
Pricing varies based on the size of the home, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, type of cleaning, and whether laundry or add-on services are needed. Fill out our quote form and we’ll send you a personalized estimate quickly.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many clients provide a door code, lockbox, or key so we can clean while they’re away. Whatever you prefer works for us.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes — we bring all cleaning supplies and equipment needed. If you prefer we use your products (for allergies, scents, or surface preferences), just let us know.
Scheduling & Availability
How far in advance should I book?
For standard home cleanings, scheduling a week or two in advance is ideal, but we are typically able to make something work last minute if needed. For Airbnb turnovers, the earlier you share your calendar, the better — but we can often accommodate short-notice requests depending on availability.
Do you offer recurring cleanings?
Yes! Weekly, biweekly, and monthly services are available. Recurring clients receive priority scheduling.
Do you offer same-day or last-minute cleanings?
We try our best to accommodate urgent needs, especially for turnovers. Contact us and we’ll let you know if we can fit you in.
Airbnb & Short-Term Rentals
Do you offer laundry and linen service for Airbnbs?
Yes. We can wash linens and towels onsite or use fresh sets you provide. Just let us know your preference.
Can you restock guest supplies?
Absolutely. Hosts can leave a supply bin (toiletries, paper goods, coffee, etc.), and we’ll restock as needed.
Will you let me know if something is damaged or missing?
Yes — we check for issues during turnovers and can notify you of anything that needs attention with photos if desired.
Can you handle tight turnover windows?
We’re experienced with back-to-back turnovers. As long as we know the check-out/check-in times, we make sure your property is guest-ready on time.
Services & Cleaning Details
What’s the difference between Standard Cleaning and Deep Cleaning?
Standard cleaning covers routine upkeep like surfaces, floors, bathrooms, and kitchens. Deep cleaning goes further — baseboards, trim, blinds, vents, buildup removal, detailed scrubbing, and more time spent per room.
Do you clean inside appliances?
Yes — inside the oven, fridge, and cabinets are available as add-on services.
Do you move furniture when cleaning?
We can move small/light items. Larger, heavy, or fragile pieces will be cleaned around for safety and liability reasons.
Do you clean windows?
We clean interior window sills, tracks, and glass we can safely reach. Exterior windows are not included.
Policies
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations may incur a fee due to scheduling limitations.
How do I pay for services?
Most clients pay electronically after the cleaning is completed. Invoices are sent via email. We also accept cash, checks, Venmo, and PayPal payments.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes — if anything was missed or you are not satisfied, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll make it right.
